How I work: end-to-end

    Business problem

    I start with the process and the numbers, not the model. Where time leaks, where errors happen, what it costs.

    Solution

    I pick the simplest tool that will work: an agent, a Claude Skill, an MCP integration or plain automation.

  3. 03

    Deployment

    I build on the company's real documents and systems — with tests, monitoring and team training.

  4. 04

    Measurable result

    I compare the outcome with the baseline: time, cost, error rate. No effect — we fix it or switch it off.

What is an AI Product Engineer

An AI Product Engineer owns the whole AI product — from understanding the business problem, through architecture and code, to deployment and measuring the result. Not just "the model person" or "the prompt person". The question that matters is whether the solution actually saves the company time and money.

In practice it combines three skill sets:

  • software engineering — integrations, security, tests, running in production,
  • AI — agents, LLMs, Claude Skills, MCP, working on real documents,
  • product and business thinking — which problem is worth solving and how to measure success.

What I do

I deploy AI in Polish companies, where people lose time on repetitive work with documents and data: delivery notes, invoices, KSeF e-invoices, orders, reports. I build agents, Claude Skills and MCP integrations that work inside the company's systems, not next to them.
